If a neighbourhood hasn’t stated this on the page – don’t worry! It means it’s still under construction with the further news to be announced at a later date.

We’d love to welcome you to one of our Casa communities! If you’re interested in a neighbourhood, the best thing to do is register via our website. You will receive an email (keep an eye on your junk inbox!) that provides more information about the neighbourhood including pricing and move-in availability, and how you can begin an application. Once an application has been filled out, our leasing team will then be in touch within 10 working days regarding your application.
Kindly note, some of our newest neighbourhoods may not yet be available, because they are under construction and will be coming soon (please refer to the neighbourhood page for estimated available dates). At this stage, we may not have pricing, availability or move-in dates confirmed for that neighbourhood, but don’t worry… you can still pre-register your interest so you’ll be amongst the first to know when we have further information, which we will send via email when reservations have launched.
It wouldn’t be next generation living if you couldn’t bring your furry friend along! We’d love you to bring your pet and have them part of the Casa fam. During your tenancy application, our reservations team will ask you about your pet, and send you the pet application form to fill out during this process.
If you’ve already moved in and would like to apply to have a pet, you can still fill out an application at any time through the ‘forms’ section, found within the MyCasa app ‘talk to us’ section. All applications aim to be reviewed within 2 working days.
Please note, we do have a policy in place for the safety of our residents – you can view our pet policy here. Generally, we limit pets to 2 per household, but this can be discussed with our reservations team on request.
